Rob's Botanicals is a small, owner-operated landscape studio based in the Hudson Valley, with experience across residential gardens and large-scale commercial installations.
Rob has been working with plants and stone for years — first as a gardener, then as a designer, and now as a landscape builder who handles the whole arc of a project. His work ranges from quiet Hudson Valley perennial borders to atriums, living walls, and urban streetscapes.
Every Rob's Botanicals project is designed and led by Rob himself. That means the person who sketches your plan is also the person walking your property, choosing your plants, and laying your stone. No middlemen, no subcontracted design, no handed-off crews.
The work tends to be quieter than most landscape companies — fewer jobs, more attention. Most projects come from referrals.

First visit
A walk-through of your site. We talk about what you have, what you want, and what the land is already telling us.

Design & proposal
A clear plan with sketches, plant choices, and a transparent estimate. Phased to fit your budget when needed.

Build
Hands-on installation and construction with Rob on site. Regular updates, a tidy site, and careful work.

Aftercare
Establishment care during the first season, plus written instructions so you know how to care for what we planted.
